 The development of an agency is the duty a leader to make it happen. In this case needs qualified subordinates or employees realize vision. Leaders must be able influence their responsible for completing work. purpose study was identify relationship between leadership style and employee performance in Sidoarjo Dr Soekandar Hospital Mojosari Hospital. design cross-sectional. This study's population were all Mojosaris hospital as many 90 employees; sampling technique total sampling. sample totaling employees. crosstabs test results using SPSS 25.0 showed that more dominant strategic style. Results can seen respondents with sufficient performance. Moderate category than high categories. 16 (57%) respondents. Meanwhile, good category's far medium 47 (75%) So concluded better applied by head hospital. quality quantity at advancing institution, cooperation leaders needed. understand character conditions they face order create effective implementation improve performance.
